There's very little difference in price between the cheapest and most expensive packages, but watch the small print: some adventure sports aren't covered.

Black and White Travel Insurance offers single, multi-trip and extended stay travel insurance, and you can also specify winter sports cover. The company will happily cover individuals and families, and the quotation process is fairly quick and simple.

Cover is available in two forms: Standard and Deluxe. For single travellers there's about £1 difference between the two, and Deluxe offers higher amounts of cover with a few additions such as golfing equipment.

Black and White Travel Insurance is cheap - £13.27 for our single traveller and £26.54 for our family – but read the small print carefully: you're not covered for some adventure sports such as jet-skiing or white water rafting.
