Lloyds TSB revamps its online banking offering

Lloyds TSB's online banking website has had a revamp to offer customers a range of new facilities.

The new look site is designed to be even easier and simpler to use and the bank hopes it will enable customers to manage their money better.

Among the new features there is a "quick funds" transfer option, which will speed up and simplify transfers of money between Lloyds TSB accounts.

There is also an "at a glance" account overview page so customers can see all their Lloyds TSB accounts, including current, savings, credit cards and loans, on one easy-to-view screen.

Lloyds TSB internet director, Matthew Timms, said: "Customers love the site for the simple reason that we give them what they want in a website - simplicity, security and speed."

Speaking about the new look to the website, he added: "This fresh new look is designed to help customers manage their money even more effectively, and give the site a cutting edge that ensures it stays ahead of the pack."

Other features include drop down menus to help customers find what they need easily, and an account overview page for easy access to product information.

According to Nielsen Net Ratings for August 2003, Lloyds TSB Internet Banking was rated as the UK's most popular online banking service.
