BDS application fee promotion launched

BDS has launched a promotion of its application and valuation fees for specialist lenders.

As part of this, the BDS application fee will be reduced to £95 and there will be no valuation fee.

Included in this offer are rooftop, Future, Kensington Mortgages and Unity.

Phil Jay, managing director of BDS Mortgages, said: "This promotion goes straight to the pocket of the consumer and is a great incentive to brokers leading up to Christmas."

Furthermore, Richard Liddiard of Swift Mortgages, said the BDS application fee promotion was of "tangible benefit to customers".
