John Charcol two-year tracker mortgage launched

John Charcol has launched a new two-year tracker mortgage, for those looking to remortgage.

The John Charcol two-year tracker mortgage comes with a rate of 4.45 per cent, as well as free valuation and legal fees.

Ray Boulger, of John Charcol, explained more about the loan: "The product does have a slightly above average arrangement fee of £699, but this is reflected in the very competitive interest rate.

"And, for borrowers with larger loans, the cost of arrangement will soon be recouped in the savings that they can make each month."

Borrowers of the John Charcol two-year tracker mortgage can have up to 90 per cent loan to value (LTV) and also have the ability to repay ten per cent yearly with the early repayment facility, free of charge.
