Bank of Scotland has launched two new Personal Choice products that come with rates starting at 4.85 per cent.

The Bank of Scotland Personal Choice Term Tracker tracks the base rate plus 0.35 per cent and customers can borrow up to 80 per cent loan to value (LTV).

Mortgages can be worth between £500,000 and £2 million and the arrangement fee stands at £699, reports Mortgage Introducer.

Meanwhile, the second Bank of Scotland Personal Choice Term Tracker tracks the base rate plus 0.45 per cent and offers customers up to 75 per cent LTV.

The product is for loans over £2 million and the arrangement fee is £999.

Both products have no higher lending charge and a five per cent drawdown option.
