Preferred Core Range receives boost

Preferred is to offer customers a range of winter promotions, it announced at the Mortgage Expo.

The Preferred Core Range customers will benefit from a free valuation and an additional 0.25 per cent discount when applying for a mortgage.

Discounted rates will start from 4.08 per cent for the special winter offer.

The Preferred Core Range was launched at the end of September and customers also benefited from reduced rates then.

Increased discounts were also available, reports Mortgage Introducer.

Roger Taylor of Preferred said that the products were "extremely competitive" and that customers would receive a "high level of service" if borrowing with the financial group.

Meanwhile, customers looking to the Preferred two- and three-year discount products will receive similar benefits.
