Yorkshire Building Society current cash account revamped

Yorkshire Building Society has announced a new rate for its current cash account, which will now stand at 5.3 per cent.

This rate is effective for all those who add over £200 a year to the account.

Furthermore, an introductory bonus of 0.7 per cent is payable to all new customers, and will be added to the account for a year.

Therefore for a new customer holding a Yorkshire Building Society current cash account, a rate of 6 per cent is available for the first year.

Customers who already have an account with Yorkshire Building Society can still benefit from this new rate.
